I think most people today simply mistake 'making love' with 'having sex' or 'satisfying lust'

the question is not how u deal with lust. the question is, how u deal with it when u cant satisfy it?

lust for a nother body is simply a function or programm nature has implemented in ur system to ensure u r willing to reproduce your self. so its similar to a function like having to eat or to sleep ... and even in nature itself, among the animals, this reproduction programm is only activated ones a year in most cases. And its fair to say, that a species that would spend all their time with the act of reproduction are stuck in an evolutionary dead end. Up to the point when simulating the act of reproduction with anything that barely resambles a genital.
