I actually feel you insulted my intelligence by stating the obvious. Not only that, but now there's no way the mods will believe it was accidental, so I'm getting suspended too. Oh well.
Seriously, try to find a new hobby on the computer that you can become stream of conscience on, like writing a story. This will put you in a flow state and distract your interest from porn. Do this enough and porn won't become a regularity.
1.Picture your mom's face on every women you see. That should stop you dead in your tracks.
2. Print off a picture of Lemonparty(yeah, YOU know what I'm talking about!) and every time you think of doing what you don't want to do look at the picture. That should instantly negate any effects you were about to feel while looking at it.
I eventually got bored of it after I watched it too much. So the guy telling you to keep watching you is actually giving you advice. Sure I still watch it from time to time, but not in an addictive way.
