There really isn't even a point of 1080p on a screen that small.

either
a) you may need glasses
b)tried channels on an hdtv that weren't displayed in HD
c) you're judging this based on watching hd channels on a crappy hdtv
d) all of the above
I dont have a box I tried games, blu ray rips and blu ray moviesI have a 21-ish inch monitor, but no tv :(
I've been eyeing a 42-inch tv from work, but I won't be able to afford one for probably a year (effin' student loans /sob)
I got an hdtv in my room and my parents have finally decided to put away their old crt tv in place of a new 52" lcd.
Yeah but I don't have the reciever. But I don have an Xbox 360 I hook it up to. I'd get a reciever for it but my parents don't want to spend the money.
Yes, I have. Every tv in the house is an LCD HDTV. The smallest being 24" in size with the biggest being 42". I'm about to invest in a 52" OLED.

Yeah, I have a 30 some inch, a 56", and a 62".

Spoiled much?
Most likely he's like me in that he's counting not just his but those who also live in the house.

Spoiled? We have a 60, two 55s, a 42 and two 37s. He didn't say they were all his. :?Well considering he said "I", I figured he meant he had those all for himself, which is pretty ridiculous. Also, why the hell does your household need 6 HD TVs? I mean, it just seems like it's overdoing it.

Two in my room (I use one of the 42's as my computer monitor), one in the game room/gym, one in the family room, one in my folks room and one in the guest bedroom. :|[QUOTE="SilentSoprano"]

Naw. The power bills high enough as it is. :lol:Maybe within the next year. I don't really have an income currently, so I need to save what I have now. Plus, I don't really want an HDTV. I'll probably end up getting one maybe 20-32 inches.

Spoiled? Yes, but not in this context. One for the family room, one for the office, and one for the bonus/gaming room. Then there are 3 crts for the guest room, my room, and my brother's room.I do see it a little difference but not as much as I expected maybe its because it not a 50inch it just a 24inch in my dorm room[QUOTE="kemar7856"][QUOTE="Pirate700"]If you don't see the difference, I suggest seeing an optometrist. :|

I never understood why people say this. When I play games on my 22" monitor in 1080p it looks way better then 720p. Reguardless of how small your tv is, you will always see a better picture at a higher native resolution.
