I am starting school agsin soon but I am only tired in the morning.leegar88just lay comfortably in your bed with no lights or sounds and think of something relaxing. Zone out, and then you'll fall asleep. After a few nights of falling asleep on time your body will get used to it.
Dont try to force yourself to sleep, you will only make it worse instead just stay a whole day without sleeping then go to sleep at the time you want to sleep everyday and your body will adjust.....its not easy but it has a 100% chance of success, i know because i have done it every summer :DDaRockWilderDUDE DOES THAT REALLY WORK?!?!?!?!
i have messed up my sleeping time so much

Yeah it works, like i said i have done it every summer BUT its not easy....you will feel like total crap for a day but when you finally sleep again at night you will feel normal.

I do that alot 1 problem with me, I'm always so sleepy in the day but I don't fall asleep then when I go to sleep say 10 pm, I can fall asleep pretty easy but I only sleep for like 4 hours and my normal is 10 hours so then later in the day it gets really hard for me.

I dont think you can die from lack of sleep, i suffered from insmonia and only slept one day a week. hehe
I listen to music while asleep. And it's not even relaxing! There are people banging guitars and screaming into my ears but i still fall asleep. Usually my MP3 player runs out of battery or turns of because I roll onto it in my sleep, but sometimes it wakes you up again and your at a random song and you think: "...huh?"eggwaffle
Ya I do the same thing to get to sleep when I can't, but I usually just fall asleep to TV, Don't watch infomercials they will keep you up and interested for hours!!

\ i've done that
they had a hand page one time it was soooooooo cute
Iwouldn't recommend listening to music that much, as when I tried that it kept ma awake all night (what, I shouldn't have put metal?)
Read a good book, works for me.
Invent a time machine. Then go back a few years, to Muhammad Ali's prime, and take him back with you. Set him up by your bed, say: "Punch me!"And your troubles are over. See? It's so easy and yet so foolproof! Nothing can go wrong! :)
I got school tomorrow and it sucks. I don't know how I'm gonna fall asleep. I've been sleeping at 1 am all summer.-AK47-Same here. And I slept at 2:30-ish all summer. :P
Another thing that works: it involves no drugs, medicine, music, etc. Learn to breathe. Seriously.Breathe in and out thru your nose. Hold your breath on each inhale or exhale for as long as comfortable.
