For those graduated or currently in college, what is your major/minor?
Mine is Political Science and Journalism. :P

English, although I often type from a completely "stream of consciousness" perspective, so I'm sure to make grammatical errors on this site from time to time. I do the same in my essays, and catch them when I go over it.
That's why I switched my dual majors of GD & math after 2 years.I've got a bachelor of science in graphic design/advertising. Not doing anything for me either. :lol:

[QUOTE="Pirate700"]Really? I thought GD was an up and growing field? :PThe problem is its one of the hot majors right now and everyone with a pirated copy of photoshop thinks they're a graphic artist. The end result is a flooded population with the degree with not enough jobs to fill it. :PI've got a bachelor of science in graphic design/advertising. Not doing anything for me either. :lol:

[QUOTE="Pirate700"]Is Graphics Design Difficult? I'm taking it this semester and I have no idea what it entails as far as tests and stuff. At a single class level, it's actually a lot of fun. Nothing crazy hard.I've got a bachelor of science in graphic design/advertising. Not doing anything for me either. :lol:

[QUOTE="SolidSnake35"]Philosophy.. final year coming up.bebop013
i've always wondered: what can you do with that?
I dunno.. It shows I have a good brain so any employment not requiring a vast amount of pre-knowledge or skills would be fine. It can lead you into law, politics, journalism... and those jobs which exist but no one knows why or what for. I'm not that concerned, really... I'm going to do a PhD anyway, I think.[QUOTE="Pirate700"]At a single class level, it's actually a lot of fun. Nothing crazy hard. It's a beginner course so...I hope it's not too difficult. Naw, you'll have a lot of fun. Graphic design is a blast to do. What do they do for Tests and stuff to figure out your grade?For my major, classes were run like a job. You were given clients and a project. Your tests would just be grading how far your work has come along.[QUOTE="Pirate700"]
