Its likely at one point in time it housed top-secret military and perhaps UFO related things but at this point I doubt they store anything as serious there anymore.

When you handle classified information, it must be protected at all costs.

It can be an issue that is difficult to understand if you haven't handled national security information.:)

That place is used to conduct banned experiments - nothing to do with extra terrestrials but banned technologies like nuclear propulsion which may cause civilian fatalities due to radiation.
