Jack in the Box. The place near my house gives you HUGE hamburgers/cheeseburgers for like 1.29-1.50, I've been to Jack in the Box in different cities and their food is always lower quality and smaller size, I hope the one by me never lowers its awesomeness standards.
BK, wendys, sonics, all american (place by me), really wish i knew of this in n out burger place! Also love bobby's burger palace burgers, mmmmmm!!! Not technically fast food, well kinda. If youve been to the place youll know what im talking about.
I'd have to say Wendy's, even though theirs are probably the least healthy. 1200 calories per baconator i think? It's worth it, but it means you have to work it off later :(
Hardee's wins easily. If you've never eaten at a Hardee's before, find one, order the 2/3 lb double bacon cheeseburger, and you'll wonder why you ever liked Burger King, White Castle, Wendy's, McDonald's, etc.

I've had Hardee's twice and both times I thought that it was just decent.
