Seriously, his life goal is to become the greatest Pokemon master that ever lived. So why does he always let his good Pokemon go? Imagine a lineup of Raichu (dumb*** never evolved his Pikachu)Blastoise, Venasaur, Charizard, Typhlosion, Pidgeot (who he promised he would come back for but never did. That A-hole:evil: ), etc. He would be unstoppable, but he always gets rid of them and starts over. What a *****. He spends years training to beat the Elite 4, and it only takes me a few weeks to catch them all and become the greatest ever:x
lol When I watched Pokemon as a kid, I felt the same way. He pretty much released a lot of his bad ass Pokemon. And he never sticks with his strongest Pokemon in a new region. Always starting over, so his lineup is always weaker and weaker.
There are a lot of idiots on that show. Why are Jesse and James in a terrorist organization that forces you to memorize a little poem you must recite at every possible opportunity? Can't they work at the nearby Dairy Queen? Or better yet, they can just mooch off James' parents (they were rich, remember?).
There is no character developement to Ash ever since the show started, so that's not unexpected. Honestly, I don't like how the anime is written. It's too redundant. Also, wouldn't it better to see a new character besides Ash in a new series?

Well, there was always a romance between Ash and Misty that was alluded to.
They traveled together constantly for years. I find it hard to believe he never hit that.
