[QUOTE="AtlanticRock"][QUOTE="Cataclism"] Unless he's a genius, I doubt he's 15 with college starting up in September.Cataclism
TC that you?!
I fail to understand how you arrived at that conclusion... He clearly stated a few posts back that his college was starting up in September.it was a joke, even the post above mine he states that he's 20.
start working out, getting vitamin C, full breakfast, and some sun... you'll be energized and ready to attack the world.

I do all of those things in abundance, and I'm still tired.
Really, the best way to do it is to set and rise with the sun. Go to bed when it gets dark, and get up when it gets light.harashawn
That depends on the person. There have been sleep studies that show that people literally have different natural "sleep schedules." It doesn't matter if I get 5 hours or 8 hours of sleep, I don't function correctly until at least 9:30 or 10:00am. I function best in the afternoon and evening.

You depressed?Yeah, that is a factor. I've suffered from depression for the last 13 years. I've tried all sorts of things. Are you depressed?

Have been for the last 3 years, taking 40 milligram of Prozac every morning.[QUOTE="Cataclism"][QUOTE="wavey_gravey"] [QUOTE="Cataclism"][QUOTE="wavey_gravey"]If you are tired all the time, after a decent night's sleep and you are not overweight and eat healthy then I would suggest you need to get to the docs. Fatigue is not normal.Mike-ukThis. If you're constantly tired without explanation it could actually be a symptom of something like chronic infections and hormonal disorders for example. I recommend you go see your doctor. Obesity may also cause it so go look at yourself in the mirror while you're at it. Id say I'm at a good weight for my height, my fatigue is constant and what is strange is that drinking a red bull doesn't make me energized or more alert in any way, shape or form. How is that even possible?
NOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Drinking Red Bull is a lie. Caffeine will not improve fatigue. Caffeine is a stimulant, the effects are temporary and artificial. You want to improve your energy levels, eat heatlhy/clean. Cut the crap out your diet.
A poster above mentioned B12 supplements. You can't eat healthy? Supplement your diet with high quality vitamins. B vits are the ones that help your body process energy from the food that you eat, directly impacting your energy levels.
Trust me, I do this for a living.
If all that fails - get yourself to the docs, chronic fatigue is often a symptom of many ailments, depression for one, and any number of auto-immune disorders. If you are worried, see a doc.
Nope, I aim to get 9 hours each night.
Though some mornings I'm still tired but I feel better after a short while.
