I'm the opposite. I can never sit still during the day.

But I used to be tired all the time. A few months ago before I started working out again.

I used to be, until I got myself into shape. Now I have enough energy to make it through an active day and not feel like I'm going to pass out the first place I find to sit.

Nah. I make sure I can get at least 8 hours, sometimes that's an issue, like today I only had about 6ish.

almasdeathchild

that would be why. try to sleep no more than 10, like at the very most. set your alarm if you have to, to sleep 7-9 hours a day and then make yourself get up and do stuff. once you wake up you'll feel much better throughout the day.

If you are tired all the time, after a decent night's sleep and you are not overweight and eat healthy then I would suggest you need to get to the docs. Fatigue is not normal.

Really, the best way to do it is to set and rise with the sun. Go to bed when it gets dark, and get up when it gets light.

Completely wrong, that won't help him stay awake any longer. You're best best is Vitamin B12 actually, not C. I know my vitamins inside and out, I don't drink coffee, but when I want a pick-me-up to last me the entire day, B12 does the job. Another thing you might want to try, is waking up earlier assuming you are waking up late. But again, B12 is your best bet.

No! I hardly ever get tired but I also take care of myself. You're body needs atleast 8 to 9 hours of sleep a day. Eat healthy and get lots of exercise and you shouldn't be so tired.

This. If you're constantly tired without explanation it could actually be a symptom of something like chronic infections and hormonal disorders for example. I recommend you go see your doctor. Obesity may also cause it so go look at yourself in the mirror while you're at it.

You may have sleep apnea. I was tired all of the time until I started using my CPAP machine.

Common symptom is snoring.

What's B12?

I take One A Day pills with every meal.

On the bottle it says:

Vitamin B12

Amount Per Serving = 18mcg and Percent Daily Value = 300%

is that good?

Id say I'm at a good weight for my height, my fatigue is constant and what is strange is that drinking a red bull doesn't make me energized or more alert in any way, shape or form. How is that even possible?

Like I said, go see your doctor. Constant fatigue is a symptom of a number of diseases.
