I used to be, until I got myself into shape. Now I have enough energy to make it through an active day and not feel like I'm going to pass out the first place I find to sit.
yep and i get 12 hours of sleep.
almasdeathchild
that would be why. try to sleep no more than 10, like at the very most. set your alarm if you have to, to sleep 7-9 hours a day and then make yourself get up and do stuff. once you wake up you'll feel much better throughout the day.
yep this ^ it could be because tc doesnt really do much in his life ;/ but i need more info to come with a proper conclusionstart working out, getting vitamin C, full breakfast, and some sun... you'll be energized and ready to attack the world.

I exercise every week ( 4 out of 7 days in a week ), I don't have much going on at the moment, college will start up in September.start working out, getting vitamin C, full breakfast, and some sun... you'll be energized and ready to attack the world.

Completely wrong, that won't help him stay awake any longer. You're best best is Vitamin B12 actually, not C. I know my vitamins inside and out, I don't drink coffee, but when I want a pick-me-up to last me the entire day, B12 does the job. Another thing you might want to try, is waking up earlier assuming you are waking up late. But again, B12 is your best bet.start working out, getting vitamin C, full breakfast, and some sun... you'll be energized and ready to attack the world.

Im depressed most of time time so yeah, except when im out the house because I just act like im not then.
If you are tired all the time, after a decent night's sleep and you are not overweight and eat healthy then I would suggest you need to get to the docs. Fatigue is not normal.wavey_graveyThis. If you're constantly tired without explanation it could actually be a symptom of something like chronic infections and hormonal disorders for example. I recommend you go see your doctor. Obesity may also cause it so go look at yourself in the mirror while you're at it.

What's B12?
I take One A Day pills with every meal.
On the bottle it says:
Vitamin B12
Amount Per Serving = 18mcg and Percent Daily Value = 300%
is that good?

He may be like 15 or something. People need more sleep at that young age. I'll be 20 next month.
[QUOTE="Cataclism"] Unless he's a genius, I doubt he's 15 with college starting up in September.AtlanticRock
TC that you?!
I fail to understand how you arrived at that conclusion... He clearly stated a few posts back that his college was starting up in September.[QUOTE="wavey_gravey"]If you are tired all the time, after a decent night's sleep and you are not overweight and eat healthy then I would suggest you need to get to the docs. Id say I'm at a good weight for my height, my fatigue is constant and what is strange is that drinking a red bull doesn't make me energized or more alert in any way, shape or form. How is that even possible?
