im overweight, but im not round and waddly :D i can still do stuff like normal people, it just sucks buying 4xl shirts. it doesnt bother me too much b/c i do have a large frame so im not severely obese and don't appear awkward. i don't need a rascal to ride around wal mart so i figure im all good :lol:

It finally started to show around 240 though. I don't know why exactly getting back into martial arts has led me to losing this much now (getting older is supposed to make it harder to lose weight and all), but I'm not complaining... maybe I'm pushing myself more? I just know that losing weight has given me more energy and made it harder to fit into my clothes, though.

I am overweight and cant seem to do anything about it. I eat healthy small meals. I have begun excercising with weight with the idea that if im going to be fat im not going to be weak. Funniest thing is that I have tried many diets and was able to stick to them, yet the only time I lost weight was during my first year at Uni when it was beer, beer, pizza, beer all week.

No I am not overweight, although I may be a bit to skinny. Honestly I don't know how, I'm pretty lazy and am not thatactive, plus I eat a lot of food. Appears my metabolism makes it hard to gain weight. I wouldn't really say I'm to weak seeing how I'm stronger than pretty much all my friends, all of them larger for the most part. The only activity I'd really say I do is 65 push-ups and 75 sit-ups each night other than that I'm pretty lazy. Just that doing those two things only takes about 5 mins.
Since we're being honest I'll admit I really don't like my wrist structure, they are to skinny and I could beef my chest up more. However, my Biceps,Quadriceps and Abs are quite a bit above average. I'm still young though so I'm sure I'll put on weight as I get older =(.
I consider myself average.
However, according to BMI scales I'm "at risk" for becoming overweight. But I exercise 5 times a week and eat rather well, I can't get any thinner than I am now.
