Are you musically talented?

I have no musical talent what so ever. I can't play any instruments, no rhythm, or can't sing very well. It's even really hard for me to describe why I think certain bands over others. If someone asks me why I like the band I can usually only say, "Well they sound good. I like their style.":|

Funny thing is I am an avid listener of all types of music... rap, alternative, metal, indie, etc. I listen to LOTS of music pretty much 24/7 unless I'm in class.

Anyone else the same way?

I would like to think so.

I wasn't so great at the clarinet but all that experience in band has left me with the ability to keep rythym well.

I rock the hell out of the drums in rock band and desperately want to move onto the real thing. I am at a point where when I listen to songs I pick out the drumbeat and visualize the way it would be because I know how to pick out the sound of the different cymbals, bass, toms and the snare.

I love to listen to music but i have no musical talent. lol

Well, I got a $2000 scholarship for singing. I play piano, voice, and some trumpet, and I think I'm pretty good (trumpet I need to improve one). I'm a voice major in college, and I have a principle role in an opera. So I like to think I'm musically talented. Though my Youtube channel isn't much to brag about.

I'm musically inclined. I've been playing Jazz bass for years. I also play some guitar, drums, and piano. I'm a college radio DJ, as well as a freelance DJ. I have several sets of turntables, drum machine pads, and tons of vinyl records.

I can sing moderately well, but I'm not sure if I'm instrumentally talented or not.

Well I can play the drums and the guitar for now. I don't think I can sing very well but I try :O.

Yes, I would say I'm pretty good. :P

I play the piano and sing... give me a guitar though, and the most I can do is throw it at something.

Well, I've recently in the past year been learning to play the drums and I can play Wanted Dead or Alive by Bon Jovi without any help now :)

Oh, and I am kick ass at SingStar. Not actually the having a good voice part, but holding the notes and getting a higher score! :D

I'm majoring in music and got a scholarship to go to school for it, sio I guess I have a little talent.

I play guitar (simple stuff, like chords), bass (my main instrument), and sing (metal styIe, so clean and growled).

My family however is musically challenged. They can't tell you the first thing about music other than physics-related information like frequencies, etc.

I'm quite talented with a bass playing metal style stuff. I'm also told I can sing well.

I haf no musical ability. Playing an instrument bores me after 15 minutes, but I still like listening to music.

Yep I play trumpet in three of my college bands :D

I can sing and play the sax like a beast. I would love to pick up drums.

I used to play guitar as a kid, and within about 3 weeks I was learning Barre and Power Chords, and I could play roughly 25 songs flawlessly...Then I suddenly stopped playing, altough I was pretty good for my age.

sort of...been playing piano for 14 years (had like 13-14 years of lessons), took guitar for two years, but I wont be taking lessons anymore as of now...but I'm not that good at it. On the other hand, I started with organ lessons now.
