Are you left eye dominant or right eye dominant?

I'm right handed and I guess I'm right eye dominant since I need a stronger prescription for my left eye on my glasses.

Maybe not dominant, but a less crappy eye.

Right-handed, right eye dominant. Actually gives me trouble when I shoot because I have a tendency to close my right eye instead of my left.

That's a pretty crummy test when it comes to determining eye dominance. Do everything like they say, extend your arms out while making a triangle with your forefinger and thumb but instead of doing everything else just slowly bring the triangle back towards your face. Whichever eye the triangle covers is your dominant eye.

I'm right handed, right eyed dominant but I train myself to use my left hand and eye just in case something ever happens to my right. Hell, since I've been using it for so long, I might be more efficient at some things using my left hand than I am with my right...

I'm right/right. @gamerguru100, it's just a matter of training. My brother-in-law's the same way. The first time he went to the range with me, he was baffled as to why his shots were way off. We did method 2 on the site you linked and discovered he was cross-dominant. After a couple magazines, he was a-ok. Heck, he even shoots IDPA now.

So keep practicing. Before long, it will become a non-issue.

right eye dominant, and I'm left handed.

Keep in mind I'm only target shooting with an airsoft gun, and not a real gun, so cross dominance isn't that big of a deal. I can shoot it just fine right eyed, but only for a bit since it strains my left eye when it's closed. I won't have to worry about trying to make my right eye equal to my left unless I get drafted into a war or something. :P

LMAO, dude, it's just a bit of reading and using your hands to figure out your dominant eye. You're not gonna die if you take it.
