And some advice for those who just graduated high school and are in a relationship, do NOT try to make it work long distance. No matter how much you think it will work out, it won't. In the end you'll just end up upset and waste the first couple months of your college experience tied down to an electronic girlfriend (electronic bc you will only call/text/webcam/etc them and there is no intimacy or physical interaction

I know what you mean. I kind of feel the same about the term boy/girl friend, because it makes me feel like I have a shot and then they'll be like "Oh we've been together 20 years" and to me that's way past the boyfriend stage you're basically married. >.>
