I live in America and I hate it. I plan on moving to a state like Washington, Alaska,or Maine where the other states kind of forget you're there. My ideal living place, however, is Norway.

I wasn't defending anything. I thought you said that we weren't supposed to take offense, which I didn't. I only said that because you could make a list like thatfor every country out there. I myself am glad I live here. I won't let things like racist bigots, bush, andadvertising make life aworse experience for me. So I really don't care what you say about it because you don't know me and you don't my beliefs. In my opinion the only thing that matters is the individual, not where the individual lives. There are plenty of things to dislike about every country, I just don't understand the point of singling out one.

now this is from an outsider looking in but it seems like its a country in shambles.

1.) the gun crime culture this one's legitimate

2.)the constant flow of advertising at every turn your joking....every western country and most asian countries are overflowed with advertisment

3.)the government and fox spewing BS all day every day. Are you familiar with any government other than America's? The media in every country will always spew biased BS, propagating their home country.

4.)the weight problems....fast food is everywhere and it shows with the amount of overweight people in America yep

5.)the education system...too many things wrong to list depends on where you live really, my school in the US was amazing and I wouldn't be were I am today without it

6.)the intolerance for other race or religion(Muslims mainly) nice blankets statement, you cannot generalise a whole country based off of a few people's thoughts. For example, in Australia, religious people get flak all the time.

7.)Bushyep

8.)the amount of money spent every year on the military. What superpower hasen't strived to reinforce their military's power?

9.)Iraq (Iran in the future?) this is more with 'Bush'

10.)how heavily it depends on imports lul wut?

and that is to name but a few....please dont take offence to any of this it just my view of America ignorance is a disease. So how long have you actually spent in the states?

I am an American and the thing that I find wrong with America is this need to make our country into a Christian Nation following Evangelical retoric. Creationism vs. Evolution...I mean is this even a debate in the UK, Australia or Canada. Gay marriage, stem cell research.

Also our Healthcare system leaves something to be desired. Or how bout not pushing Greener laws and requirements quickly through Congress. Also the fact that we can't spend less money then we did the year before and we give tax breaks to people who don't need them.

Or letting a President lie to people about weapons of mass destruction and not getting impeached but a President lying about sex and getting impeached.

Just to name a few.

Oh and I hate fox news specially oreilly. His new ad goes something like...giving you our opinion based on facts and he is supposed to be the no spin zone........opinion is spin I WIN!
