What are some actors that you just can't take serious because of previous roles? you just always see them as that one role.

Here's some of mine.

Justin Long, he basically ruined Live Free or Die hard for me all I saw with him is the Mac guy.

Terminator 3, yeah the movie sucked but having Claire Danes in it just made it worst bad casting. all I could picture is her up against a locker being dramatic because of the show My So Called Life lol.

Chris Pratt I will always see him as Andy from Parks and Recreation.

Keanu Reeves will always be Ted of Bill and Ted.

Nicolas Cage, for various reasons, but mostly Raising Arizona. Total goofball in that movie.

I can’t take an actor too seriously if their politics get too Left. I don’t care if you’re a Democrat, but I don’t need to know that. I forget his name, but he’s played the Hulk in a recent movie and he’s been very vocal against president Trump on Twitter and he’s also been supportive of issues I’m on the opposite side of the coin on. I can’t watch him in anything anymore. Some woman on a show called Will & Grace recently said she’d blacklist anyone who donated to Trump’s 2020 campaign. Why do I need to know that? What does that have to do with being on a sitcom? Just do your damn job. Did she even finish high school? Who cares what she thinks about anything?

Alec Baldwin, but that's not a bad thing. I think he's funny.

The kid Freddie Highmore, who played in Bates Motel. He's fucking freaky. My Mom is into medical shows, and he plays a super genius with a medical condition, and its brilliant acting no doubt, but I can't fucking do it, all I see is a god damn psycho boy.

It took awhile, but Keanu shed his old stoner vibe. Justin Long had a vibe as well, but I really liked Jeeper Creepr and Husk. Cory Feldman had a vibe, til I saw him play live music on some day show, and felt real bad for him, like its hard not to question how fucked up he is and judge him, but man, I loved his movies.

Tried watching Sascha Baron Cohen in a serious role (The Spy), and even though he's an excellent actor, he will forever be Borat for me.
