Ice Fang
Shadow Claw (TM 65 if he doesnt learn it himself)
Swagger (TM 87 if he doesnt learn himself)
Psych Up (TM 77 if doesnt learn himself)
Idea: get weavile's attack to the max with swagger/psych up combo and shadow claw or ice fang and kill in 1 hit. best on those who use sp. atks that way if they do attack it wont get boosted by swagger.
ice punch would be better i was thinking that but then i looked at my floatzel and saw ice fang and remembered it has 2 effects.

the thunder/rain dance combo probably gets old quick so here the moveset i think you should you use.
Toxic
Substitute
U-Turn (if he can learn it)
Dig
Idea: Toxic and substitute are easy to figure out why you learned them. U-turn (like i said if he can learn it) in case the is a ground type then switch to a flying type. Dig to make it easy to dodge attacks and let toxic do its thing while resting. speaking of Rest, use that TM if he cant learn U-turn.
NONO NO!! I think I'm gonna stop internet battle for a long good while. Every single time I'm winning against a good trainer here that I have problems beating, Duh duh DAAAA! Connection error! Every F**king time! I wanted to believe that it was real connection problems but come on. Every time! When I'm losing, the connection is fine. Suddenly when Im when I have like 3-4 live guys and the other guy has 1-2 it happens without fail.
OK, let me be honest. Some times, I can tell there's gonna be an issue when there's a bunch of lags. But the last fight I was in was perfect until I was 2 hits away from winning. WTF! Maybe it's not the Players fault but, it's just one hell of a coincidence every time.

i do have a sneasel with ice punch not a smeargle though! but u can still breed with the sneasel w/ ice punch and this is the pokemon ur probalby trying to get
