i seen i new ice move called ice fang that can freeze OR flinch. i would go with that.

Ice Fang (I dont know if he learns it or not but im pretty sure he does)

Shadow Claw (TM 65 if he doesnt learn it himself)

Swagger (TM 87 if he doesnt learn himself)

Psych Up (TM 77 if doesnt learn himself)

Idea: get weavile's attack to the max with swagger/psych up combo and shadow claw or ice fang and kill in 1 hit. best on those who use sp. atks that way if they do attack it wont get boosted by swagger.
