In the Next Zelda what link do you want to play as?I might want to play as toon Link.

Toon Link because those are the best Zelda games of this era

The only zelda's ive had a prob with is Oracles of ages/seasons for gbc

In an interview one of the direcors of something said they want to make LOZ more "accessable"

which means theyre making pretty easy easier....

Not all of them are.
OoT and MM were pretty hard... Wind Waker was easier but still tolerable.
Twilight Princess on the other hand... ugh.

Ive never finished majoras mask.

I admit..sigh...it was pretty damn hard.

I'd like to see it start as young link in the islands in flooded hyrule, but then show him grow up

and keep it piratey. But have a gradual growing up, and as he grows he buys better ships, and can explore further out places (keep it about windwaker size to start, then expands further from there.

Also I'd like to keep it cel-shaded, but just as he grows older, add a hint of darkness to the overall look, dull the textures, make the character model more complicated, nothing major, just so it makes it sort of as he grows older his view of the world changes sort of thing.

anyways, wind waker is my fav zelda, but i want a really dark and realistic zelda game right now.

and a main character that is not link at all (that "valley of deluge" rumor had an awesome concept for a main character)

Toon link, even though i know it won't happen because the last Zelda was with toon link. Wind waker is my favourite game of the series.

Also I hope they dont really dumb it down, that would suck.

Anything that isn't Young link, I just like it when Link has the white stalkings. :P

Played the originals lately? Not too easy (compared to the 3D ones anyway).

But I would definitely like to see Toon Link again. The art style is something the Wii could pull off quite well plus WW was one of the best Zelda games imo.

Not Link. I'd rather play in the time period when Link wasn't around, after Ocarina of Time. Maybe play as someone from Hyrule castle. Maybe you should be able to choose your race from a selection from the games, such as Goron and Zora (the water people, I dunno if that's right) or maybe something else entirely.

You don't have to look or act like "link" to be "link" in zelda games. The "link" is whoever rises to the challenge and is destined (I suppose ) to defeat Ganon that time around. So there are only a few other options that would work. A villain or link's sidekick or something. Unless its an entirely new kind of game that has nothing to do with Ganon or the Triforce I suppose :O

Those are my favorite ones but they're not really hard as they are a mixture of dumb luck and reasoning.

Like the first Zelda is a piece of cake BUT the second half of the game doesn't make any logical sense past vague clues. It's like telling a player "you might have to press a certain button in a certain place on the screen to make a certain event happen somewhere" lol

It's an easy series to play. It takes some time and you need average intelligence to get past things but as far as gameplay goes it's easy.

the last room of the fortress of PAIN in TP (that big thing in the desert with lots of rooms) with the three Darknuts at once wasn't THAT easy. I approached it patiently and cautiously and was successful but its not like running over a moblin on your horse.

I want more stuff like that. Doable but challenging is the way to go
