New Switch

So about a few years my mom bought a Switch with Zelda Breathe of The Wild(digital). I made a Nintendo Account but used Twitter at the time since you sign in with social media accounts. I got a new Switch and see that I can't use Twitter no more. I have a Nintendo Account but it says it's linked to another system. I went online and deactivated it. Since I used Twitter instead of signing up for a Nintendo Account, is my account gone? I made to make a new Nintendo Account which I didn't mind. I also have a MyNintendo Account so is that different than a Nintendo Account?

@pillarrocks: My Nintendo and Nintendo accounts...are different however can be linked together. But I wish you would rephrase your questions better. It’s too hard to understand.
