Lol - No Stylus Included with 3DS

First off, I know the 3DS does come with a stylus.

That said, my wife just bought me one tonight for my birthday and gave it to me a little early (she couldn't wait :)) after freaking out with happiness we discovered that our 3DS did not have it's stylus.

Looks like I get to go into gamestop tomorrow and get the issue resolved lol. Honestly though, I'm just glad I got the "defective" 3DS instead of some little kid.

Anyone else had this issue?

Glad you think of a kid bummed out and being calmed about htis. Hope you get this resolved tomorrow without problems.

Having that said. You must be bummed out because you have to change it. And no, it didn't happen to me.

There's no stylus at all? That's odd.

I know the 3DS does not have an extra stylus like the previous DS hardware, however having no stylus is just odd haha. Well, GameStop will most likely exchange it for a new piece.

Very strange. Never heard of that happening before. I'm sure they'll exchange it or simply give you a stylus or something. You could always use an old DS stylus in the meantime, or a pen or something(make sure the tip isn't out) in the meantime.

Hmmm....I also find it weird in general that Nintendo didn't include at least one extra stylus like they did with the other DS versions (I know the xl came with a huge stylus....and vaguely recall the lite and phat coming an extra stylus too.

thats odd, at least its only a 10 dollar item with a bunch of them lol not a big deal i had to replace my stylus cause i lost it ,-then later found it lol

the stylus is hidden in the back of the 3DS...i had trouble finding it too.

Mine didnt have a stylus too, i had to nip back to the game store and get a new one, They gave me one free (if they didnt i would have flapped) and it was a stylish stylus, with a picture of Link from TLOZ on it. =] it didnt bother that much it didnt come with one, cos i used my girlfriends DSi stylus

Nope, no stylus at all. Not even in the stylus slot on the 3DS. I'm sure it was just a factory error :)

They didn't give you a 3ds stylus? This may sound selfish, but I want the teloscoping stylus! :P
