No im turning 15, August 31 and i have not once regretted buying my DS. My older brother who is 21 feels the same way. Don't deny yourself great games by some assumption that a ignorant causual gamer who thinks he is hardcore made.
im 19 and love mine..my boyfriend use to have one when he was 22 and my mum loves playing my little sisters, my mums 43 and my sister is 9..i think a ds is for anyone of any age as theres so many different games..theres some for everyone = ]
DS is amazing! Now if you were asking this about a Wii, i would probably say no to it then, but that is a differant story. The DS has a ton of fun games. I am 17 and i loved it. The problem is now, no new games are out now. I am waiting for the Chrono Trigger/Chrono Cross game (i don't know which one it is, never played either).

Ya I traded mine in for a 360 but not because it was childish because all the games for it I beat and the upcoming few I dont want Chrono Trigger is going to blow for me since it is a remake of the PS1 version which I of course beat lemme count 5 times! But thats lack of a library for ME owning the system I think for 3-4 years and buying two ds games a month etc etc... Yes the wii I would have to say a no to RIGHT NOW but once Nintendo kicks into gear either with the wii or the wii 2 (announced) then I will go back to Nintendo as for now MS is for me and I am loving it too.
It's not the ds that is childish. It's the little freaks that go to the title screen and hit L R L R UP DOWN UP DOWN LEFT LEFT B B X A B SELECT START before playing on wifi that are childish.
I'm 18 And I Don't Think So. When I Got One I Didn't Even Think Of It Being Childish And I Still Don't. Hell, I Still Watch And Play Pokemon And Naruto And Hell I'm Totally Obsessed With Em And I Still Don't Think Of It As Childish.
I'm 17 and I've been rockin my ds lite since the day it came out. Couldn't reccomend it more highly. Next to the 360, it's the best investement you can make on a game console. Plus it's only childish if you fool yourself into thinking it is :)
