Alright, here we go. First, the rules.

- I will ask the questions. You guys answer.
- Do not answer if you are not a contestant. If you want in, PM me and let me know. At this point, I'm still willing to add you.
- First person to post the correct answer gets a point.
- Spelling counts.
- Do not, for any reason, edit your answer.
- If you post the wrong answer, you cannot answer again until the next question.
- If I'm posting some questions on, say, Monday afternoon, and it seems that only one person is active at the time, I'll let him rack up a few points, and then I'll take a break.

Here are the divisions, along with the current scores:

Marchetti Division
Espurs- 10
detroitpistons- 7
Thordain- 5
speedjunkie

Bednarik Division
Bobbles - 10
haloraider- 9
CommanderShiro- 3
Ngamer- 2

Willis Division
Geaux- 10
J4y_CNX- 5
HumanTorch- 4
kalabo
NROD

Baugh Division
sfgiantsfan- 10
Kfrandsen- 2
Jrod- 1
gstonyr

Those people in your division are your direct competition. Each division winner will move on to the Final Round. To win your division, you must be the first to reach 10 points. 2 Wild Cards will also move on. When all four divisions have been won, the two non-division winners with the most points will become Wild Cards. If there is a tie, I'll ask a few more questions.

Most of you know what you're doing.

We'll start with something simple:

How many stars are on the current NFL logo? What do they represent?

Of course, if one wanted to be specific -- two sets of fours stars on each side of ball representing the four divisions in each conference. :P

Next Question:

Who is this person? (name, position, current team)

I've added some picture questions this time.

10-12 yards behind the line of scrimmage.sfgiantsfan8291

Correct. To be more specific, they usually favor the right side to be able to watch a right-handed QB better, but that was not part of the question.

Let's see if I get a couple more questions in before I go grocery shopping. Then after I get back, I'll ask a couple more.

Given that we are still very early in this competition and sfgiantsfan is already halfway to the proposed goal, I'm going to go ahead and bump the clinch number to 10.

From Idaho if my memory serves correct. The fans wanted Danny Woodhead, RB from Chadron St. but he ended up signed a FA contract with the Jets.
