Need a new Android phone. Using a Galaxy s7. It's hot garbage. Not as bad as any Apple device I've ever owned, but it's getting there.

I need a phone where the most basic functions actually work with ease - photo management, setting custom notifications, doesn't crash, etc.

Obviously I want a great camera and I need expandable memory.

I refused to switch from Blackberry, had a Z10 (which is still my favorite phone I ever had, except it had limited then no apps). I just found the Blackberry to be a good phone. Easy customization options, easy interface, never let me down.

I hate bloatware.

Thanks a bunch.

Yeah my S7 is also garbage right now. I want to refuse to buy a new phone but it might have to happen soonish.

I'm looking for something cheap.

Anyone have the Motorola G7?

@pyro1245:

Personally, s9 was my last flagship phone. Realised the difference in features wasn't worth $1000 and I went for a Xiaomi mi 10 lite for 270 bucks and couldn't be happier. 6gb, 128 storage, 48mp quad cam, big screen, 4100 mah battery, onscreen fingerprint reader. A bit big for my taste, but I've gotten so used to it now.

Every Android I've had, I've used 3rd party launchers so they all looked the same and all current devices have good enough cameras for most situations. Do a comparison with the g7....the Xiaomi is cheaper and better on most fronts.

If ur still ok with the galaxy and live in snapdragon territory, the S10e personally is quite a good phone. They don't make these small but powerful phones much anymore.

If work was back to normal, I quite like the Surface Duo...
