Well it's not like the other thread on our off site forum is that active either.
Anyway I saw Life As We Know it(shut up)
it was aight. Although I will say Josh Drumel was the better looking person in this film. True Story.
I've always wanted it too, but had a feeling it just isn't as good as the concept should be,.Foolz3h

"Save the Tiger"
Directed by John G. Avildsen
One of those films lost among the shuffle (it came out at the start of the 70's with so many other great films), but is actually really, really good and deserves to be remembered with many of its peers. Jack Lemmon gives an Oscar winning performance as a business man backed into a corner through a combination of immoral life decisions and criminal business practices (all for the greater good, of course). He's cynical to the point that he has actually moved beyond having any morals and just does what ever he can to survive. He spends most of the film clawing his way out of the situation he finds himself trapped in while lamenting the good ol' days when he was just enjoying life (usually represented by baseball). I love how this film doesn't hold back its seediness while never taking it too far. It goes just far enough to be as effective as possible, putting most of the focus on Lemmon's character over the sex, vulgar language, and criminal activities. All of stuff comes through his character to show just how far he has fallen, rather than existing as mere exploitation. Really good film, though one that ultimately breaks the spirit. Recommended.
Also, I want to mention that I really love the metaphorical scene in which Lemmon and his long time friend and business partner hold a meeting with a criminal in a seedy porno theater and his partner laments how it used to be a grand movie house that showed great films.
No champ you want something so goddamn funny and relate to( cuz Imtoo I have a loooong ass relationship ).

PLZ don't watch the trailer cuz it's gonna ruin the whole thing for you, just take my word and go watch it ASAP cuz it's THAT good.
And a better movie for Josh Duhamel goes to...
Remember when you didn't have to watch movies like this champ? Hows the missus btw? :)blue_hazy_basicWorking a lot recently considering the hospital's needed most of the staff on more often. So I've definitely been bored a lot more. How's your significant other? Has she fixed your weird pizza fetishes?

Has she fixed your weird pizza fetishes? She won't even try them :( Going back to Northern Ireland in the spring for a big reunion with some of my college buddies, i'll ambush her then!
