Invest/found a satellite company that can put into orbit an array of high-speed internet satellites that can provide affordable, unlimited bandwidth (no caps) to the world.
Pay off my debts, and then build a new phenomenal pc, upgrade my tv and internet, get my wife a new car, and then invest the rest, plucking out money as needed for new games I want
I'd take a holiday to either Orlando or Paris. I've always wanted to go to Disneyland/World or the Harry Potter theme park. Venice, Italy seems like it would be nice too.
It really depends on how much money I get. Up to like 5m I'd use all the money to make sure I live nice and do not have to work anymore. Then up to 10m I'd share a lot of it with family to make sure they can live wealthy. Everything after that I'd invest in interessting Startups, stuff that will make peoples life better.
@johndmgs: Go to Paris, Disney is overrated. $130 entry fee and 3 hour lineups for all attractions, unless you want the speed pass for an additional $89.95. Bottle of water $9.00, was just there 2 weeks ago.
Paris way better, was there at Christmas visiting family, more to see, not as crowded as Disney

If I had 1 Billion dollars I would buy a nice place an ok car I hate showing off about cars and I would spend the rest on projects that would keep bringing in income.

That's true. The original post said I had a million dollar though, so I could afford it easily. I'd probably book out the park for the day for me and my friends.
