Pre ordering Panzer Dragoon Saga for the Sega Saturn and it costing only £25, Still own it now in perfect condition.
Same for Radiant Silvergun I got my local importer to obtain a copy for me the week it came out and only cost me £60.

The greatest find I ever had was finding Killer Instinct for the SNES, factory sealed for $15 in 2002. Other then that, my 2nd best find was on Ebay. It was Firefighter F.D. 18 for the PS2, it was factory sealed and only going for $60 when other people were selling it for $100+ on already an open game last year.

Digital Devil Saga, Nocturne and FES side by side in my local store.

You could imagine the shock that surged through my body...

Rhen_Var

Same thing with me except i had DDS2 instead of one.

I bought Nocturne and got DDS1 from another store and got FES and original P3 from the same store. I love my Gamestop.

Two of the most outstanding games ever made. Consider yourself privledged. I went with the Japanese version of Panzer Dragoon Saga. Much cheaper.

I have 2

The first included a Sega Dreamcast, Sega Saturn, Sega Genesis, Sega Cd, Sega 32x, 3 PS1's, 1 PS2, N64, Super Nintendo, Nes, Game gear, and an Atari 2600. There were about 50 or so games, 2 light guns for the saturn, most systems had at least 2 controllers, and all the cords. Everything works, with a little help from me, but it works none the less. The amazing thing is that I paid $80 for everything. So guy on craigslist really needed for money and I guess didn't realize what he had.

The second great find is no where near as good as the first, but recently I bought a Dreamcast off ebay. It came with 4 controllers, 4 vmu's, 1 generic memory card, Shenmue, Marvel Vs. Capcom 2, Powerstone 2, Soul Caliber, Tech Romancer, Crazy Taxi, Sonic Adventure 1 and 2, and Chu Chu Rocket. I paid $34 for everything, but then I had to pay $25 for shipping. Either way, I think it was a good buy.

Man, you guys are lucky. I've never found anything rare or hard to find in a store in 19 years of playing games lol. I live in the Bay Area though, so that's pretty much the reason.
