well home alone for starters lol, if only i knew what the object of it is,,
same problem with snes version , i cant figure where and what to do , plus majority of nes games had no saving option so you were screwed if your tired of playing it ,, so lets p ut it this way all nes games are hard except zeldas ,, because you have an option to save your progress ,,
xexyz......even though many people haven't heard of it, I can't beat it to this day. I would have to sit down and really focus in order to beat it. Has anyone else here ever heard of it?
For nes, prolly ghosts and goblins. That game is hell.JKnaperek
oh yeah, i remember that game, rediculous hard
Super Mario Bros
Super Mario Bros 2
Battletoads.
Bart vs The World
Megaman 2
Megaman 3
Duck Hunt
Hmmm... now that u mention it, I think I never beated a game before 8 or 9 years old
Who is Framed Roger Rabbit?- I failed to beat last boss before I found out Gamefaqs.
The Adventure of Bayou Billy- it was really hard. I failed to beat it without my NES Advantage. Slow motion hurt my hand because I used light gun. x/

I never beat "Who Framed Roger Rabbit Either", lol. I remember being at someones house watching them play it (some time in the early 90's), and they were trying to dial the 1-900 number to answer a riddle at the end so that Jessica (I think) wouldn't die in that factory.
It was a lot more difficult to game back then, because you had to figure things out on your own, instead of using a faq (which I admittidly use nowadays). Just wondering, did anyone else find Toon Town to be really creepy when you were younger?
i never could beat goonies. an awful game that was. also friday the 13th. i never really could figure out what to do in either of those. i remember getting stuck in goonies and not being able to get any further and i searched EVERYWHERE in that game. the original metal gear for nintendo also.... i think these games were impossible on purpose.
In my NES game collection, I have only finished about 4. The controls are not too sensitive, that may be the reason.
My case are the following games:
1. Battletoads - No matter how hard I tried I could never beat it
2. Ninja Gaiden 1 - The final boss was very hard and if you died you had to start from a loooooong way that frustrated me
3. Ghost and Goblins - Hard, very hard!

FUnny how everyone has something different...I could run right through Ninja Gaiden with no problem on one man..lol...
But I have to agree with Ghost and Goblins. What a pain!!
Adventure Island
Ghosts n' Goblins
Battletoads
Xevious
Ninja Gaiden
The Little Mermaid (just kidding - it's actually one of the easiest, if not the easiest game I've ever played on the NES)
1. Rush and Attack
2. Bionic Commando
3. Golgo 13: Top secret episode - One of my favorite NES games. I made it to the final boss numerous times but I could never beat him.
4. Punchout- Bald Bill was the farthest I ever got
5. Spyhunter
6. Batman- The joker is unbeatable in the final battle:lol:
7. The Magic of Scheherazade- Great game that deserves a remake!
8. Battletoads
9. Who framed Roger Rabbit
10. Friday the 13th- So hard you'll pull your hair out!
