I could never beat Battletoads, and I could never beat Willow either. Also Castlevania because my game freezes at the same spot every time, which is at the very last level.
Ninja Gaiden had me for a long time, but I finally managed to get past it...
Super Mario Bros
Super Mario Bros 2
Battletoads.
Bart vs The World
Megaman 2
Megaman 3
Duck Hunt
Hmmm... now that u mention it, I think I never beated a game before 8 or 9 years old
Freezing_Knight
all the other mega mans pale in comparison to the difficulty of the first one >___> playing that is like getting maced while in the freezing cold getting butt pounded by a big black guy.
The original Ninja Gaiden. The last area was hard as hell to get through, and the final boss came in two or three different forms. If you died during any part (there are four, including last boss), you went back the the beginning of the area, instead of the stage you were on. The final boss was made especially difficult because of the lack of an energy refill near the boss's room. You basically had to be so good getting through the three-part area before the boss that you were at full life, and anything less than half a bar guaranteed death.
I couldn't beat Legend of Zelda. As a matter of fact, I couldn't beat ANY Legend of Zelda game. Pathetic, I know, but i was never into those type of games. You can start the "You Suck" repies now.
I feel your pain, SuperAgentZero!
I could NEVER beat Zelda II: the Adventures of Link. I'd walk around the towns, laughing at the woman who said "I don't know anything." (the funniest thing when I was 6) but once I got into battle I would either die or just get confused. I've tried again in the past few years to no avail. I think I'm missing something important. *^_^* I enjoy the other Zelda games, but something about that version and the first Gameboy one. . . I could never get past the first cave.

I'm glad to finally meet someone with the same trouble! A few of my friends are huge Zelda fans, and they thought it was pathetic that I couldn't beat the second game. I knew I couldn't be the only one confused by the earlier games! Thank you. You have renewed my faith in my gaming abilities :P

No problem. Im just glad im not the only one that has trouble with that game.
Even though I've beaten a fair share of Nintendo games, there were about a million I couldn't.
Battle Toads, MC Kids, Double Dragon 3(Couldn't beat the last boss), Adventure Island 1, Simon's Quest, Goonies II, Monster Party, Contra, SuperC. I'll add more as they come to mind.
Street Fighter 2010 - The last boss was just plainly impossible for me and it haunts me to this day that I could get close to beating it and end up dying all the time with my hopes up.
Zanac - That game is just plain crazy with all the stuff flying and coming at you. VERY HARD!
