Why was Lara Croft given a new spotlight? Because The Shadow of the Tomb Raider was cast.

The Dragon's Dogma one. I'm not even sure how many people would recognize the game.

@Byshop: Very true but I find part the appeal of gaming jokes is not flatout state what it's from. Kind of loses the roll of humor and reward for knowing it.

I take no credit for the Dogma picture regardless, wasn't me who made it. However if someone has played Dragon's Dogma; they'd have noticed the characters hand (mark of the Pawn) the armor from Bitterblack Isle, and lastly the use of the word Rift/ Pawn if any doubt was already given.

But cat is out the bag as it were. Cool thread idea anyway and may come back with more in the future. Hopefully I won't have to explain each one :P
