Hey everyone! I'm wondering what everybody is still looking forward to the most coming out this year? Me? Personally I'm very interested in Deathstranding and Jedi Fallen Order.

Also here's an awesome new video showcasing what we have coming right around the corner!

Not many, probably set for the year now outside of Pokémon: Shield.

Slightly interested in The Outer Worlds, but get the impression even without Bethesda it'll be a messy launch and require months of patching.

Please don't advertise your youtube video in my thread. Thank You.

Anyways.... I too have some worry about Outer Worlds but does have potential for sure.

The Outer Worlds will be an Epic exclusive so no buy for me(on PC at least)

Fire Emblem: Three Houses will be my biggest game of the year but lack of "rock-paper-scissor" mechanic make me even curious to see how the combat would work.

Age of Wonders: Planetfall will be released less than two months away(early August) but sadly didn't as much as attention as its deserves. Maybe because turn-based 4X games aren't really appealing to most gamers.

And finally Pokemon Sword and Shield. No need to write more about this game.

There’s quite a lot that I’m looking forward to for the second half of this year. Some just off the top of my head are:

- Gears of War 5

- Monster Hunter World: Iceborne

- Fire Emblem: Three Houses

- Samurai Shodown

- Super Mario Maker 2

- Call of Duty: Modern Warfare

- Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3

- Call of Duty: Modern Warfare

But then again I enjoy fps multiplayer style games

Never counted Iceborne because it's an expansion, and usually the one MH fans want without question. Brings the goods we are use to.

It would be the same as counting MH4 and MH4G as different games. One is just the definitive edition. Much as the Iceborne will make MH:W

It wouldn't be fair for me to state Monster Hunter: World is the best game two years in a row. Even if true.

Second. I enjoyed the preview chapter in 2018, hopefully the rest is just as awesome.

@RSM-HQ: I'm just a big fan of Duke Nukem 3d and I've heard great things about Ion Fury. It looks great and I dont see how it could possibly disappoint.

@RSM-HQ: I believe Iceborne is a standalone expansion, so it's kind of on its own.

My pre-order download states you need to own base MH:W to gain access.

You can buy a physical edition that comes with World and Iceborne but to access the content one needs to beat the low and high rank.

The exact same way it works for G editions previously.

May have been Gamespot, they've gotten a lot wrong when bringing up the Monster Hunter series.

And sure it would be desirable if standalone. But sadly wouldn't make sense. A higher rank over the base-game requires more skill from the player-base and that's an odd situation to put new buyers.

I've got heaps of games lined up for the rest of the year.

Off the top of my head...Fire Emblem: Three Houses, Zelda: Link's Awakening, Luigi's Mansion 3, Pokemon Sword & Shield, Astral Chain, The Outer Worlds, Dragon Quest XIS, and...I'm sure I'm missing quite a few things...

Honestly, nothing comes to mind.

Not that it's a problem to begin with, plenty of games to play as is.

Most of the stuff I'm looking forward to for the rest of the year is on Switch... so games like Astral Chain, Link's Awakening & Luigi's Mansion 3 are the main ones.

Plus games on XB1 like Wolfenstein Youngblood (although I'm getting a little worried I'm not going to enjoy this as much as the other games), and Gears 5.
