So my son who is 6 and i traded in some of our PS3 games for credit to get different ones. Well Ive ran into a problem where i just cant decide which would be better and of course we got a limited amount to spend. OK I always just let him pick a bunch of games out then i go back through and decide. I narrowed it down and have to choose from Disney Universe or Cartoon Network Punch Explosion XL.

He said he like Cartoon Network better, we watched videos, however I think Disney Universe looked better, easier for him to play, and might have more co op in it. Which game should we get?

i've never played any of those. But kids might like Minecraft cause you can build stuff, just don't let them go online with it. I'm pretty sure my nephew would like a game like Minecraft when hes a bit older cause he likes building things and smashing stuff.

Give him a book or you will regret it in a couple of years.

LOL !!

OP, don´t pay attention to Guru, I would´t allow my kid to play GTA ( any for that matter ) at age six ..... I would allow him at age 8 though....

Kidding aside:

- Ratchet and Clank ( there are several PS2 and PS3 games, PS2 are remasters and can be bought for digital download at the PS store, some of them are bundled )

-Jak and Daxter ( also several games from the PS Store also you can find them as a collection )

-Crash Bandicoot ( downloadable from the PS Store )

-Minecraft

Those are the ones that come to my mind right now

My best friend's son really enjoys playing the Lego Marvel Superheroes game. Not so much to play through the story mode from beginning to end, but because he really enjoys just whizzing round the city, smashing things and collecting coins :D

Why, Mortal Kombat of course. What else would you get for a kid?

In seriousness, I'd say LBP, but it's actually rather complex. Try the Sly Cooper series?

Ratchet and Clank

They are great for co-op so you can play with your kid and both of you will have fun.

That and the sex innuendoes are hidden , unlike Injuctice.
