@khyaramel: Some gaming characters I've liked from the sheer beauty of design, and others from character charm/ personality, will admit having posters of many gaming characters, especially growing up. Yet from my understanding of the topic I will answer like this-

Love? No.

Attraction/ Admiration? Yes.

When so, I see it as admiring a beautiful character design, or how the character is portrayed. Nothing further than that.

I wouldn't be "in love" with any characters but I do find some attractive, like Ada Wong from Resident Evil and Bayonetta.
