I am not sure if anyone else has taken advantage of the new USB memory stick support that the 360 started offering on April 4th, but I gotta say. It aint too bad.

The downside is that I believe that 16GB's is the max, but I bought a standard 16GB USB Memory Key, plugged it into one of the USB's that is at the back of the Xbox HD DVD drive, and after about a two minute format I had 15.4 GB's available to me.

My concern was the speed in which data would move, but having moved most of my save files over to the key, and leaving game add ons on the HD has worked out very well.

For 30 bucks adding the memory to my 360 was a pretty good value.

Does anyone know if you can copy the save files to a hard drive and then stack them? Meaning, if I want to copy 60GB, can I copy it 16GB at a time, then put it onto a hard drive?

I take it you can't put demos and XBLA games on the stick, right? It'd be awesome if you could since that's really what uses up all the HD space, not save files which are rarely more than a few megabytes large. But at the same time it'd probably open up the door to (easier) piracy.

I bought an 8GB stick and used 6.5 of it for the 360. Good to have. With my XBLA games and content that I want to keep I was always around .2-1.5GB on my 20GB Harddrive.
