One of the invitations that I sent did not work.Because my friend said that he clicked accept but for some reason it said ERROR and then it said something about the union not being established.Whats wrong?

Are you sure you have all your charter members, meaning to establish the union. If not, this might be the case. There could be the time difference when he received it and accepted.
