Can't get into stores on GTA Online!

I can't get into any clothing stores, tattoo parlours, or play arm wrestling on GTA Online for PS3. They don't even appear on my Map? I even can't back into my garage when I leave it. Do you guys know what's wrong and what I can do about it? I'm just started playing for the first time a few days ago.
