The Perfect Game. There is but one fault with this game: spelling, and I'm definetly not going to take a point for that.

User Rating: 10 | Final Fantasy Tactics (PSOne Books) PS
Simply put this is the greatest tactical RPG of all time, the greatest RPG of all time and to go even further, Final Fantasy Tactics is amongst the brotherhood of the greatest games of all time; for me: Ocarina of Time, Goldeneye and Final Fantasy Tactics. Do NOT miss this game! First and foremost, the story is phenominal; the common analogy is to Shakespeare, and I must agree that I haven't seen this sense of divinity in a work of literature in anything else. You might not even understand it the first time through; I emphasize first time through, because you will not want to pass up the chance to play it again. The game takes on the form of classical strategy games like Chess or Go; once learned, you are amongst some of the most focused and practiced gamers in the world. It is an art, in and amongst itself. The class system is wide ranged and fully employable upon your tactics; on average you have 4 units in battle as well as about 2 guests: these can range from simple Squires to Ninja's, even to Mime's; this alone add's to the endless playability and replayability. Everything affects everything else, land, climate, altitude: there is literally a science behind this game. If you have a PS, a PS2 or a Gameboy Advance... get it NOW and you just might be able to forgive yourself for not having it this long.
