Tactics is good, what else can I say?

User Rating: 8.5 | Final Fantasy Tactics Advance GBA
I actually got this game when it first came out, but I've only just recently beat most of it. If there's anything this game has, it's playtime, because this game can be played forever.
Gameplay - This is where this game shines the most. It is essentially your average TBS game, but with a Final Fantasy twist. You'll cast magic and summon beasts to battle with as you defeat your enemies. There are five races to choose from, and a bunch of job classes for each race. This makes for a widely varied battle if you can get in all different types of jobs. Eventually youll be able to use skills you learned in one job while using another job, which adds a surprise layer to the game when you have a soldier blast someone with powerful magic. So you can basically customize your team however you want. The only problem I had with the gameplay was how you can only deploy units in a set area, restricting the amount that you can spread them out, which can cause some damage towards the end of the game. Besides that there are 300 missions to be completed, making for a very lengthy playtime. Even after the story ends you probably wont have completed over 200 or even 150 of the missions, so there's always a ton to do.
Graphics - The graphics for Tactics are pretty standard for a GBA game, but there still good. It's mostly the colors that make them seem over the top, with superb artistry.
Sound - The sound is nothing special, but they're not a distraction either. They're good enough that when you play the game you won't want to turn the volume down out of annoyance, but thats not to say you'll be running to your friends raving about how amazing it sounds.
This was the first TBS game I ever played, and I am now a big fan of the genre. If that's any indication of this games excellence, then everyone should give it a chance.
