The game does what is meant to be doing, nothing more, nothing less.
It provided me with what i expected, speed. But other than that, nothing more. The career mode it's just you, races and races and races, and every now and then an interview, which by the way is too dark and i can't see the people faces. (And i have my xbox on High Definition, my tv on full brightness and everything you can put on 100%, and the game lacks a brightness option).
Keep in mind a very important thing when you decide to buy this game: You need a HELL of a lot of concentration and time while playing this game, seriously. You'll need to race on very long tracks and with 15 (or very probably more) laps. It sure adds to the fact that is a simulation game, so everything has to be the way that is in real life, but c'mon!! I got really pissed off at this game more than once because there were like only 2 or 3 laps remaining, and i had already raced succefully along the other 3000 laps, and then i get a damn itch and i crash and i end up at last place, so i see no choice but to turn the console off and stop playing the game for a while.
Believe it or not, this is one very important factor to keep in mind, as you will have to be like this most of the game.
Hopefully vibrant graphics, decent controls, and a "not annoying as hell" engineer in your team, make the experience a lot better.
I recommend buying this only if you and a big fan of formula one. If not, it's not a waste of money, but i'll assure you that it wont me be a game that you'll play very often.
