I have long been addicted to Formula One games be it Formula De, Scalextric F1 slotcar racing, or computer related F1 simulations. I eagerly waited this simulation after a considerable dry spell in this genre. Nonetheless, it was with considerable trepidation that I downloaded the game after reading rather scathing comments on how disappointed game players were with the F1 2010 by Codemaster for the PC. And sure enough, many of the comments regarding poor game play were right - like hours to load, freezes, etc., that is, until I went into the task manager and freed up some memory space, got a Live account and permanently established the Momo as the controller of choice. Now I'm able to bypass some of the tiring introductory cut scenes and focus on racing to the point that my kids now enjoy it too. Still haven't tried multiplayer but I'm sure that I'll get hours of enjoyment with the updated tracks and dynamic weather effects. Well done Codemaster!
