Not just a great hockey game, but a great sports game.

At first I gave this game a low score. I couldn't even get through an entire season due to some sort of glitch that causes the game to freeze right in the middle of a season. After finding the simple solution of turning off injuries, I finally made it through an entire season and off-season. Finally, I was able to see how great and complete this game was. This is the first hockey game I've played that didn't have inflated scores. The movements are realistic, gameplay is fluid, and the off-season is the most complete that I've ever seen in a sports game.

If I didn't have to turn off the injuries just to make it through a season I would've probably given this game a perfect score, but luckly it still doesn't take away from the greater things of this game. This is the best hockey game I've played.
