A SNES game that is extremely underrated, and extremely fun too!

Earthbound was a very under-appreciated game for the SNES back in 1995, not selling very well back then. Unfortunately, I never got the game until about 2 months ago. But enough of my rambling, let's cover this thing.

Graphics:The part most people complain about. Some may say the graphics are not good enough for this game, but I honestly think the style suits it very well. It may seem to look kiddy, but don't take this game lightly!

Storyline:The storyline is actually pretty deep. The story takes place in the 1990s and revolves around a boy named Ness, who hears a meteor crash outside his bedroom window, and sets out on a big journey, but I'm not gonna tell you anymore about that, because you'll just have to play it for yourself! Also, a lot of the towns are based around America and there is quite a number of pop culture references in the game.Overall, the story was great and kept me guessing a lot of times.

Gameplay:The game plays pretty much like your typical RPG, except for a little spin on the way your HP works, as you don't lose it right away, but it slowly goes down.In the end, the combat system was executed flawlessly.

Difficulty:This game can be easy at times and it can be very hard. You will probably end up seeing the Game Over screen a number of times because some battles, especially some of the bosses, can really make you think. Overall, the difficulty is just right.

Conclusion:Overall, the game was done with little to no flaws, depending on how you look at it. It is definitely a game I would play through multiple times. If you manage to see this rare and expensive game, buy it if you have the money. Earthbound will provide you with a great RPG experience and for me it was one of the best SNES games I've ever played.
