A match made for DBZ fans.
Graphics:6.5-Graphics are not that bad,but nothing too special and some environments are kinda bland.
Gameplay:8.5-It's awesome the gameplay,You got the story mode where you go through the big moments of 3 sagas from the anime (Saiyan,Namek,Android).You got the classic duel mode with 23 characters from the series.And then there's World Tournament where you go through,well a tournament to earn money in 3 different difficulties.and there's also training and buying capsules,but that ain't anything too special.The one biggest flaw is how big the difficulty spike is for the CPU,it took me 5 tries to beat Frieza as Super Saiyan Goku!But if you can overcome that,this game is right for you.Overall,this game offers more than you think
Sound:7-Pretty cool music,and well the voice acting sucks as usual.hey?what'd you expect,it's american voice actors.OF COURSE IT'LL SUCK
Presentation:8-At first glance this may look like your traditional fighting game with DBZ characters,BUT it offers an epic story,classic duel mode,a tournament mode (did I mention it's 2-player?),and buying stuff!
Story:9.9-You already heard me say a bunch of times that the story is awesome.It follows the first 3 sagas of the anime.What I'm really impressed about is how accurate it is compared to *AHEM* the cool but alienating DB:Raging Blast (the games cool,but not quite accurate).
Lasting Appeal:8-The story won't take long,but you'll be having a blast in duel mode and World Tournament (and the special "Legend of Hercule" mode after beating Adept (normal) in tournament mode.)
