Have a Cube, buy this game. Don't have a Cube, buy one!
GRAPHICS:
Graphics don't really apply for this game since you have to be watching the barrel symbols or you'll end up failing the song. In minigames and where graphics do count in the main game, the visuals are mostly great, but the frame rate is very slow on some animations.
GAMEPLAY:
Excellent gameplay here. It is kinda like DDR except that you use your hands instead of your feet and you don't have to dance. There are a lot of modes, including Street performance (main game) and four player mode witch includes different parts for each player. The difficulty modes are good, and enough to give this 100% replay value.
SOUND:
The sound kind of has to be good on a music game, and it is. The song selection may be a bit bizarre, (AKA Rock Lobster) but there are some pretty good ones on there. There are also unlockable "sound sets" that change the in game sounds that the bongos make to various themes including Mario, Zelda, Electric drum set and others. These only get annoying when everybody uses different ones in four player mode.
OVERALL OPINION:
BUY BUY BUY! This game is awesome and extra bongos are cheap. I have four now, one from this game, one from Donkey Kong Jungle Beat, and two for five dollars each at GameCrazy. Perfect for family use, and the bongos don't wear out.
