Without Donkey Kong gaming would not be what it is today. donkey really opened the way for many other games through the years. Alot of people played this game as a child and they have remembered it there whole life. Through the years this game has been but into many different things as unlockables, and has been talked about in other games(I.e.GO Jumperman!!! from PM2:TTYD). This game started the career of 2 gaming symbols that many people love and play every day in gaming. the gameplay of Donkey Kong was upbeat and fun to play. this was also a very challenging game. Even though it only had 3 levels it was hard or harder than some games today to beat. The graphics looked good and the characters looked great other than the Princess who did get a face lib in other later games. The sound of the levels is great with a great upbeat flavor that made the gamer want to win so bad. This is a great game so blow the dust off of your NES or get another version of the game that has been released becuase this is a game that should not be missed.
