Great movie, extremely pathetic GBA games.

User Rating: 1.9 | Disney/Pixar Monsters, Inc. GBA
I love Monsters Inc. It was a great Pixar movie, excellently voice acted, and fun for all ages. Well, I can't say the same for this game. When I played the console games, I actually stared in disbelief at the horrible job they did. Then, my dad bought a new couch and this game was lodged under it. I played it when I was really bored and knew this game was just as bad. You have Sully going through about 5 or 6 levels in order to find the pieces to Boo's door and how do you do that? By scaring enemies and solving horribly done puzzles. First off, the graphics, even for a GBA game, are disgusting. The controls-scare, walk, run, and jump- are too unoriginal. The gameplay is boring and there was hardly anything keeping me from turning this game off and throwing it in the garbage except the fact that I had nothing better to do. Bosses? Yeah right. They are easy as all hell and even the last boss hardly puts up a fight. You can't kill enemies since all you do is eat candy and roar to paralyze them. Personally, why did they even produce this stupid game? There is no point to it what so ever except to play it like I did, when there is nothing to do and you are desperate to play a game, but even from there, there is always a Super Nintendo or Playstation that you can always pull out and play. No wonder this game was inside of a couch, I would have done the same thing to get rid of it, but personally, I feel like that kid hid this thing from the world and I was the fool to unleash it from its unholy resting place.
