The Disgaea series are a must have for any SRPG lovers.
The thing about Disgaea is content. I cant remember of any other game that sucked me in so fast and for so long. Disgaea 3 brings you a whole ton of characters which you can level up to 9999 and then ressurrect to level 1 to make them even more powerful.
There are also lots and lots of skills and specials, weapons and items that can also be leveled to bring awesome destruction to your enemies. The game difficulty also scales up fast, so you will always find another challenge.
With this version, NIS added the class world, where you can teach any skills or evilities (class bonus) to any character you want. The possibilities are inumerous.
Also, if you allow me, I dont think Gamespot enjoys srpgs and ps3 exclusives, so most scores are usually underrated. This game is a blast if you are a fan of the genre. If you are not, you better run away from it.
