Crash has returned for yet another grand and silly adventure.
a long time ago so now fans of the series can continue playing the crazy bandicoot's game series in his craziest adventure game yet.
The story takes place just three years after the events that happened in The Wrath of Cortex game in which Dr. Cortex has been planning to get his revenge on his all time greatest enemy Crash Bandicoot who is also one of his greatest failed experiments for having him frozen for that long period of time but soon things start going really weird as two strange bird like creatures by the names of Victor and Moritz appear out of the blue from the mysterious 10th Dimension saying that will be destroying the tropicial islands with the help of their psychic like powers and for some strange reason they have it out on Dr. Cortex but he didn't really understand or even know who these twin birds really are at first so if they don't agree on most things at time the two characters must set aside their differences in order to put a stop to this great evil if they hope to save their island home before it's too late.
This game is pretty much like any other Crash Bandicoot game but I never played the ones that were on the first Playstation system but from playing this game you get the usually stuff that we all know and love of the series like collecting enough of the berry fruit gives you a extra life , do not touch the TNT or Nitro boxes as you'll be blown into tiny bits and in the process of exploring each of the levels there are collectibles to be found like colored gems that can open up special features that can be viewed like unseen pictures , movies that played throughout the game and other interesting stuff that you will have to see with your own eyes.
A good thing that appears in this Crash game is that you don't just play as Crash the entire time but at times you must play as his enemy Dr. Neo Cortex as he can use his raygun to zap enemies or to solve prblems that the bandicoot cannot do himself but at times the two characters will
not see eye to eye so they must work together to solve certain problems even if they do involve using Cortex as a bodyboard going down icy or rocky mountains , using him like some kind of weapon to defeat big bad bosses that they come across and at times Crash must protect Cortex from great dangers by creating safe pathways for him to cross to reach safe grounds but the really big feature is that we all get to play as Nina Cortex who is Cortex's creepy niece which she can be controlled almost the same way as Crash but has roboitc like hands that she can use to grab hooks to reach higher locations that she can reach herself as she's not too great at
jumping.
So I'll finish this review to this game off by saying this that if you have been a long time fan of the Crash Bandicoot and you really wish to teach that Cortex guy a really good lesson for all the dangerous stuff that he has put poor Crash in for a long numbers of years then you can think of this game as payback.
