Crackdown is a very short game but very replayable in harder settings in order to get all of the achievements.
All three gangs have their own charaterisitcs that represent them in certain ways. Los Muertos are a gang of thugs that have infested a peaceful city with street crime and harmful drugs. They have no set of tactics and are easily overthrown by your power. The next gang are a powerful group called the Volk. They are more of an army with their armored cars, trucks and tanks. When facing these bosses you will feel very outnumbered by enemies with LMG's, grenade and rocket launchers and heavy cover. The last gang is a major corporation in the area that uses extreme propaganda to get the people on their side. These are known as the Shai-Gen Corporation. This gang is extremely hard to defeat and you will never pass this area on your first go. They have high-tech vehicles and a large range of guns and explosives at hand. This is the hardest part in the game so you really have to think about what your going to do next.There is a leveling up scheme in this game thats sucks you further into the game. These abilites are agility, driving, explosives, firearms and strength. As you progress through the game you will see your character grow into a mechanical beast who can lift up cars and throw them a hundred feet into the air! Your explosives are devastating to your enemies, setting them on fire and burning them to a sinder. As you enhance in agility you will become fitter, enabling you to climb skyscrapers with ease. Lastly, your driving skills will allow you to handle cars better and allow you to drive better agency supercars with machine gun turrets, SUV's able to climb buildings and trucks that can blast their way through traffic using nitrous boost!
Crackdown is a great game that you can pick up and anytime thats just all around great fun!
