Sandbox game that is decent but never delivers.
Ok to start off the single player is really lacking, there is no missions, and what they call missions are kill gang factions and kill gang generals then once all the generals are dead you go after the gangs leader. The multiplayer is just playing the single player co op and just makes it even more easier than it already is. There are side things to do like races and all you do is run and jump on rooftops through your check marks. You Level up by collecting orbs, green ones level up your athleticism and are scattered throughout the game on the rooftops. Res are strength, really just melee enemies and can be gotten easy. Purple is your vehicle and are obtained by killing enemies by vehicles and so on so forth. There is virtually no story but how could there be when you're a cop and your stopping the bad guys. The vehicles are cool though, they go extremely fast and the physics are cool with them. The graphics are decent but not great. Maybe the sequel will be way better than this and improve on there mistakes.
Summary: Just ok sandbox style game. If you can call it a single player, but the single player is easy and lacking. Co op is just the single player and makes game more easier. Leveling up is ok, could've been better. Graphics are ok but vehicles are really cool. You feel like Spiderman or Batman so just go play a Spiderman and Batman game instead.
